Workshops at Time to Change - How do they work?

 

Physical
Our training process begins at the physical level because the body is our fundamental source of energy. Regular workouts help create clear work life boundaries and restore a sense of self.

Emotional
Positive emotions ignite energy that drives high performance and negative emotions - frustration, impatience, anger and fear – drain energy. Unfortunately, many busy business people believe that in order to perform up to expectations at work, they have no choice but to stint on their time with loved ones. We reframe this issue and encourage devoting more time to their important relationships and setting clearer boundaries between work and home and by doing so they will gain the recovery they need to perform better at work.

Mental
We aim to help enhance our clients’ cognitive capacities – most notably their focus, time management, and positive thinking skills. Anything that interferes with focus dissipates energy. On this level we focus on helping clients to consciously manage their time and energy.

Spiritual
Addressing the spiritual level of performance and tapping into our deepest values unleashes and defines a strong sense of purpose. What do we mean by spiritual capacity? This simply means the energy unleashed by tapping into our deepest values and defining a strong sense of purpose. This capacity serves as sustenance in the face of adversity and as a powerful source of motivation, focus, determination and resilience. Making connections to this part of ourselves requires time for reflection keeping us in touch with the bigger picture of our lives and is extremely rewarding.
